Creating Your Epic Experience or Dream Wedding
With all of the dedication it takes to coordinate an event or wedding, this service is one that offers a tangible item to cherish the legacy of your experience. As the artist paints live, guests are invited to take part in commemorating the significance of the moment. A moment that will be remembered and cherished with a piece of art memorializing the people and experiences that mean the most to you.
Weddings:
Artist Porschia Denning creates a painting that depicts your choice of the first dance or the ceremony surrounded by friends and family. Your live painting unfolds during the wedding reception.
Events:
The artist will dazzle guests as her paintbrushes move to the rhythm of the moment, capturing the vibe and atmosphere of your carefully curated setting. Guests may be invited to paint on the canvas or pose momentarily to be added to the painting.
Setup:
A live painting is painted on site with the artist arriving a few hours ahead of time to create the background. The artist adds 6-12 key people that may be specifically requested. Additional key elements may be requested such as wedding cake, pets, landmarks, and background event guests. Reception guests are able to see the progress on the large canvas throughout the event!
Payment:
A minimum retainer payment of 25% of the total cost is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance may be paid in my standard schedule of 3 payments of 25% or can be split into smaller or larger payments. I will work with you on a payment schedule that works for you. The last payment is due on or before the event date.
Travel expenses:
Travel expenses are additional cost.
Artist's needs:
4’x4’ covered space, water/electrical access and meal and beverage
Completion & Shipping:
The piece will be finished in greater detail after the event, with the final painting delivered to its final destination within 2 weeks of the event. Additional shipping fees may apply.

*Elegance package: $3000 Included: 18" x 24" canvas with up to 6 key people, (FOR WEDDINGS: not including the bride and groom) as well as a request for adjustments after client is sent an image of the artist’s final rendition. |

*Legacy Package : $4000 Included: 24”x36” canvas with up to 12 key people, not including the bride and groom, as well as a request for adjustments after client is sent an image of the artist’s final rendition. |
* For venues that wish to hire the artist for performance only will receive a 50% discount. This option does not include the purchase of the finished art piece and is not available for weddings.
** Additional Thank you cards are available for purchase at $5/card. Cards may be added to your package at any time. Prints are also available at a separate cost, prices vary on size.
