Creating Your Dream Event

                           

   With all of the dedication it takes to coordinate an event or wedding, this service is one that offers a tangible item to cherish the legacy of your experience. As the artist paints live, guests are invited to take part in commemorating the significance of the moment.  A moment that will be remembered and cherished with a piece of art memorializing the people and experiences that mean the most to you.

 

Weddings:

Artist Porschia Denning creates a painting that depicts your choice of individual watercolor illustrations of the guests or a single canvas painting of the couple during the reception or the ceremony surrounded by friends and family. Your live art unfolds during the wedding reception.

Events:

The artist will dazzle guests as her paintbrushes move to the rhythm of the moment, capturing the vibe and atmosphere of your carefully curated setting.  Guests may be painted individually small illustrations they can take home at the end of the event, or if you choose a single large canvas painting they could be invited to paint on the canvas or pose momentarily to be added to the painting.

Setup:

Live canvas painting is painted on site with the artist arriving a few hours ahead of time to create the background. The artist adds 6-12 key people that may be specifically requested.  Additional key elements may be requested such as wedding cake, pets, landmarks, and background event guests.

Live Guest Illustrations are painted when the guests arrive at the celebration.  Take a photo, Porschia paints while guests enjoy the event, paintings are taken home at the end of the event!  

Reception guests are able to see the progress on the throughout the event!

Payment:

A minimum retainer payment of 25% of the total cost is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance may be paid in my standard schedule of 3 payments of 25% or can be split into smaller or larger payments. I will work with you on a payment schedule that works for you. The last payment is due on or before the event date. 

Travel expenses:

Travel expenses are additional cost.

Artist's needs: 

4’x4’ covered space, water/electrical access and meal and beverage 

Completion & Shipping:

Canvas art will be finished in greater detail after the event, with the final painting delivered to its final destination within 2 weeks of the event.  Additional shipping fees may apply.

 

*Gift of Friendship Package: $750/hr (3 hour minimum)  Included: 5" x 7" watercolor guest illustrations to be taken by guests at the end of the event.

*Elegance Package: $3000  Included: 18" x 24" canvas with up to 6 key people, (FOR WEDDINGS: not including the bride and groom) as well as a request for adjustments after client is sent an image of the artist’s final rendition.

*Legacy Package: $4000  Included: 24”x36” canvas with up to 12 key people, not including the bride and groom, as well as a request for adjustments after client is sent an image of the artist’s final rendition.

* For venues that wish to hire the artist for performance only will receive a 50% discount. This option does not include the purchase of the finished art piece and is not available for weddings.

** For Live Event Painting: Additional Thank you cards are available for purchase at $5/card. Cards may be added to your package at any time. Prints are also available at a separate cost, prices vary on size.
