St John Petroglyph, 5"x7" Original Acrylic on wood panel

This original art by Porschia is a tribute to ancient St John carvings created on the island to represent the image of a bat nose.  Bats were said to embody the souls of ancestors.  Porschia's Petroglyph series are pieces that were originally palettes used for creating other paintings and recycled into pieces that can be sold to benefit and promote recycling on St John.  50% of Petroglyph painting sales going to the Island's Recycle Center.
